NIGHT TEAM LEADER

As a Night Team Leader you will work with Front Office Manager and also Rooms Manager.

But what is your job description? Here are few things you should do as NTL ;)

• Support of a good working atmosphere through personal communication

• Respect and recognition of the work and performance of colleagues

• Active cooperation and support of teamwork in the hotel and in the department

• Polite, personal and professional service

• You see yourself as a service provider to customers and colleagues

• You maintain a friendly and efficient tone on the phone

• Punctual and well-groomed appearance at the workplace

• Ensures the best possible guest service within its departments

• Ensuring an optimal workflow in the entire front office area

• Reviews arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities and special requests.

• Ensures that information about restaurants, hotel facilities and other miscellaneous establishments is regularly updated

• Drive the World of Hyatt loyalty program

• Drive the upselling program

What are we looking for?

• You have previous experience in leadership at reception

• Good knowledge of OPERA

• Advanced English in verbal and written form

• Czech speaker is preferred, however knowledge of other languages is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm even under pressure
