We’re looking for a Guest & Operations Coordinator

Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for smooth operations, and a natural talent for guest communication—while effortlessly orchestrating an entire day?

We’re looking for a key person who will take responsibility for guest communication and the smooth operation of 40 design apartments for short-term and long-term rentals.

You’ll be the one who keeps quality, atmosphere, and operations firmly under control — and thanks to you, guests will say: “Everything here was perfect.”

What your main role will be?

• being the main point of contact for guests (before arrival, during the stay, and after departure)
• managing reservations in the booking system
• coordinating cleaning services and technical maintenance
• handling purchases and operational orders
• professionally resolving complaints and non-standard situations
• actively contributing to improving operational processes

Who we’re looking for?

• excellent communication and organizational skills
• independent, responsible, and able to set priorities
• proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
• excellent Czech and advanced English (daily communication with guests is required)
• experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or operations management is a big advantage
• ability to handle unexpected situations with a cool head
