We are looking for pro-active, positive and responsible person with ability to think globally, good team-member for position Office Management & Receptionist:
· To organize and coordinate various administration duties, HR support and office procedures
· To create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety
· To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system
Office management & Reception:
· Vendors, facility, post support (local & international)
· Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and facilities; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
· Meeting rooms upkeep (water & glasses every morning, stationary check, etc.)
· Providing general administrative support to our employees
· Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests
· Dealing with guests
· Office plants upkeep
HR Support:
· Preparing HR documents (monitoring anniversaries, preparing PPT for monthly meetings, etc.)
· Office event management
Others:
· Supporting CEO (Expense and others)
Education: · Administration - Secondary education (or equivalent)
Job related: · Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented · Friendly and polite · Able to multi-task and prioritize · Active and people-oriented personality
General knowledge: · MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Czech and English · Strong customer approach
