Order Control Admin (m/f/d)

DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a well-organized professional to join its Greenfield Contract Logistics site in Ostrava, Czech Republic, as Order Control Admin.

What will your role involve?

Support for all operational departments with regards to packing queries
Assist in follow up of customer concerns
Identify and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures.
Ensure all relevant information for each project is contained within the DP World order book and is accurate in order to ensure all shipments can be processed without delay
Timely release of packing orders to the lines in accordance with manning hours and MCD date for the build plan on the project

What we expect from you:

Secondary education (logistics or transport is an advantage)
Experience in order process control is essential
Familiarity with ERP systems (AOS and SAP) and strong Excel skills.
Fluency in both English and Czech
Strong organizational and communication skills
