Our client is building a new team at their production site at western outskirts of Prague, to join their Global IT department and drive the evolution of the Group’s ERP landscape. This isn’t just a support role — it offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation project spanning more than 20 countries and connected to the Group's ongoing digitalisation efforts.

We are looking for a D365 WMS expert to optimize their warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, and streamline logistics across multiple sites using Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

We are looking for a practical expert who understands both the software and the physical reality of a warehouse floor. You will be the functional lead for our warehouse technology. Your mission is to bridge the gap between logistics operations and system capabilities, ensuring our warehouses run at peak efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation: Lead the roll-out and configuration of the D365 WMS module (layouts, location setup, and tracking).
• Process Optimization: Map current workflows and implement best practices for picking, packing, replenishment, and returns.
• Tech Integration: Maximize the use of mobile devices, wave planning, and load management tools.
• Support & Training: Act as the Tier-2 expert for user queries and lead training sessions for warehouse staff.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on D365 features to identify and implement system enhancements.

Requirements:

• D365 Expertise: Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically WMS functionality (Work Templates, Location Directives, Wave Templates).
• Implementation Background: Experience in system configuration, gathering business requirements, and documentation.
• Process Knowledge: A deep understanding of end-to-end warehouse and supply chain flows.
• Language: Fluency in English, Czech is a plus
