We are currently seeking an organized and passionate traveller to plan & arrange traveling services for short-term study programs to various destinations in Central-Eastern Europe & Middle East-North Africa… or as we call it, a (Junior) Travel Manager.

Some of your goals in the first year will include:

• Prepare precise calculations & proposals of highly customized programs for ISP clients
• Conduct approximately 13 study programs from a logistical point of view, travel with some of them and provide support on the ground
• Build strong relationships with our partners as well as with university faculty members
• Negotiate with ISP suppliers for the best possible prices and conditions
• Conduct research to find new logistics suppliers across our destinations
• Daily communication with other departments, such as Sales & Finance

To help you feel comfortable and excel in the role, there are just a few things you need to have:

• Excellent English (Czech language is not required)
• Demonstrated interest in the region and business culture knowledge
• Be highly organized, the amount of details is a challenge!
• Demonstrate independent, fast & quality work in event/travel management
• Essential computer literacy (MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to handle challenging situations
• Solid communication skills, common sense and be friends with numbers
• Previous experience in event management, project management, hospitality management, revenue management, logistical coordination, or within travel and tour agencies would be a great advantage and help you feel right at home in this position
