In a few words:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Social Media to take ownership of vivo’s local social media presence and digital communication. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, understands influencer marketing, and enjoys combining creativity with performance-driven marketing.

You will be responsible for managing vivo social media channels, creating engaging content, working with influencers, supporting sales through live streams and e-commerce activities, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives in close cooperation with the European vivo headquarters.

Your Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Content Creation:

• Full ownership of vivo local social media channels (planning, publishing, moderation, and optimization)
• Creation of engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, captions) aligned with brand tone and global guidelines
• Monitoring trends, formats, and best practices to continuously improve performance

Influencer Marketing & Campaigns:

• Collaboration with influencers and creators (tech, lifestyle, photography, sports)
• Planning and execution of influencer campaigns, including briefings/events, coordination, and evaluation
• Building long-term relationships with key creators

Live Streams & Sales Support:

• Planning and coordination of live streams supporting product launches, promotions, and e-shop sales
• Cooperation with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Campaign Reporting & Analytics:

• Reporting and evaluation of social media, influencer, and marketing campaign performance
• Tracking KPIs and providing insights and recommendations for optimization

General Marketing Support:

• Participation in broader marketing activities (product launches, brand online campaigns or events)
• Close collaboration with the European vivo central marketing team
• Coordination with local agencies and partners when needed

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally with strong focus on social media
• Experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, or technology is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Experience with influencer marketing and content-driven campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills
