Ready to keep the skies balanced? We’re seeking a Team Leader who will take ownership of a high‑performing load control team, combining technical expertise with strong leadership. You’ll oversee weight and balance operations for aircraft across the globe, support your team’s development, and ensure precise, safety‑critical decisions—every flight, every time!

What you´ll do:

• Lead safe and balanced flight operations – You’ll supervise and coordinate daily load control and flight handling activities, ensuring accurate weight and balance calculations and safe aircraft operations in line with Air Dispatch and airline standards.
• Ensure operational readiness and service quality – Supporting the Station Manager, closely cooperating with our Account Managers, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operational preparedness, manage priorities, and ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery across all handled flights.
• Lead your team from our Prague hub – Based onsite at Prague Ruzyně Airport, you’ll guide, support, and motivate a team of Load Controllers, ensuring clear communication, consistent performance, and strong team engagement.
• Coordinate a global aviation operation – You’ll manage shifting operational demands as your team supports flights for multiple airlines worldwide, adapting to changing requirements and operational complexity.
• Collaborate across borders and functions – You’ll work closely with Load Controllers and Team Leaders in Prague, Ostrava, and Belgrade, as well as airport and airline partners globally, ensuring seamless cross‑location coordination.
• Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement – You’ll actively reinforce safety culture, monitor compliance with procedures, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead smooth 24/7operation – You’ll support and supervise team activities in a round‑the‑clock environment.
• Develop people and performance – You’ll oversee onboarding, coaching, and performance support, helping team members grow while maintaining high operational standards.

What you´ll bring:

• A genuine interest in aviation – You’re curious about how things work in the skies.
• Safety-first mindset – You understand that precision and responsibility are key.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Load Control, Flight Handling, or Centralized Load Control (CLC) operations, preferably in multi-station environment.
• Technical skills – Comfortable with MS Office and learning new systems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the confidence to ask the right questions and double-check details with airport staff to ensure everything is accurate and safe.
• Organized and detail-oriented – You like structure and accuracy.
• Knowledge of load control and flight handling systems will be an advantage.
• Strong English skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English.
