Are you native German or do you speak German at a near-native level and enjoy communicating with people?
Are you confident in English and curious about the world of sales and business development?

We are looking for a motivated colleague with excellent communication skills who is ready to build relationships with prospective clients and help expand our business. You don’t need previous experience in sales — what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, think proactively and enjoy reaching out to new customers.

In this role, you will join a supportive team focused on growing the company’s client portfolio. You’ll be the first point of contact for new potential clients and play a key part in identifying their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to prospective clients, presenting the company’s product and building initial relationships
• Understanding customers’ pain points and identifying new sales opportunities
• Working with our CRM system to manage leads, calls and customer data
• Scheduling business visits with new clients
• Passing qualified opportunities to the sales team

What you need:

• German at C1+ level (native/near-native, excellent pronunciation)
• Strong English skills (C1)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ideal if you have experience in customer service
• Ability to identify customer needs and guide conversations effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
