We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Business Partner for Miele Czech Republic and Slovakia. This role will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Sales, Marketing, and Costing functions. The FP&A Business Partner will also ensure accurate reporting and data quality, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and align financial insights with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive Impact: Partner with FP&A Director and Cluster MD to shape financial strategy and boost cluster performance.
• Be the Expert: Deliver sharp financial insights and keep leadership informed on key trends and opportunities.
• Guide Decisions: Advise Country and Sales Managers on profitability and market growth strategies.
• Own the Numbers: Lead reporting on sales, margins, and business cases that influence commercial success.
• Shape the Future: Coordinate forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and clarity for cluster management.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with FP&A partners across the region to provide consistent, smart financial guidance.
• Innovate: Support and initiate improvements in business and financial processes to drive efficiency and growth.

Your backround should be:

• University degree in economy / business administration (or comparable)
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or related finance functions.
• Business acumen and commercial mindset
• High analytical skills, proactiveness and strong compliance profile
• Ability to build relationships with business partners combined with presentation skills
• Good written and oral communication in English and Czech / Slovak
