Would you like to be part of an expert team of digital professionals? Are you a dedicated and motivated student interested in user experience, web design, eCommerce and digital marketing projects? Then you might be our new colleague at Hempel.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our digital customer-facing platforms and enhance user experience. Located in our Brno office in the Czech Republic, you will have the outstanding opportunity to cooperate daily with colleagues from diverse backgrounds around the globe, and report directly to our Web Manager.

In this role you will:

• Design wireframes and prototypes to enhance digital experience.
• Create simple graphics and visuals.
• Conduct user testing to gather feedback and improve user experience.
• Edit website content.
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate web-related projects.
• Analyze website metrics and prepare simple, clear and actionable data reports.
• Assist with development and testing.
• Implement content changes in accordance with SEO practices.

What you need:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in English (min. B2)

Preferred Skills that will give you advantage:

• Ability to work with Figma or other prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Hands-on experience with web editing and CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, Webflow).
• Understanding of elementary SEO principles.
• Graphic and web design capabilities.
• Experience with web analytics and data reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Power BI.
