We are presented in Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, Ukraine with Headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.

We are looking for new colleague in Prague who will join our team as Sales and Marketing Manager for Czech Republic (Knowledge of Czech language required!)

Job description
1. Development and analysis of the competitive environment and found customers for the sale of ceramics/quartz/acrylic (work with fabricators and stonemasons)
2. Attracting new clients, conducting company and product presentations, concluding contracts.
3. Maintenance and expansion of the existing portfolio, providing consultations to clients, and expanding the product range.
4. Support of the loyalty program of partners, ensuring a constant supply of promotional materials (samples, displays, brochures, etc.)
5. Achievement of sales targets.
6. Collaboration with furniture showrooms, kitchen studios, designers and architects to represent the company
7. Monitoring accounts receivable
8. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, and sales & marketing
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of Czech language required!
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Experience in the stone or building materials industry is a plus
Experience working with architects and designers
Willingness to travel within the country up to 50% of the time (Driver license is a must)
