Role Overview

This is a first-of-its-kind leadership role responsible for opening and operating the first Xtreme Fitness Gyms club in the Czech Republic and supporting future expansion. The role is designed to evolve into a Regional or Franchise leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and opening of the first Xtreme Fitness Gyms club in the Czech Republic
• Build, recruit, and develop local club teams
• Ensure operational excellence, member experience, and brand standards
• Own commercial performance, KPIs, and budgets
• Work closely with the Polish head office and travel regularly to Poland
• Support future multi-club and franchise expansion

Requirements

• Senior operations or general management experience
• Background in fitness, hospitality, retail, or franchised businesses
• Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and commercial skills
• Based in the Czech Republic and willing to travel

Career Progression

This role will progress into Regional Manager or Franchise Manager as the business grows.
