Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to support and stabilize our performance marketing operations, with a strong focus on Meta Ads infrastructure, daily operational discipline, and creative execution.

This role sits at the intersection of media buying operations, creative production, and process optimization. You will support live campaigns across multiple channels while helping document, systemize, and improve how work is done.

This position is ideal for someone who wants hands on exposure to real performance marketing operations and has the ambition to grow into a Media Buyer or Marketing AI & Automation Specialist over time.

💡Please note that this role is fully on-site. Remote or hybrid work is not considered.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal English communication
• 6 months–1 year of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or creative production
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working with structured processes, documentation, and checklists
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to support live operations without constant supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, and AI creative tools
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Business Manager, assets, campaigns)
• Experience with ad spy tools (Meta Ads Library, AdHeart, etc.)

What You’ll Do

• Update daily ad spend, costs, and performance data
• Track conversions, delivery status, and key performance indicators
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly performance reports
• Monitor live campaigns and flag anomalies (spend spikes, delivery issues, account problems)
• Support Meta Ads accounts (creating, setting up, warming), payments, and basic tracking (pixels, events)
• Troubleshoot account, billing, and delivery issues
• Research and adapt ad creatives (Canva / CapCut)
• Document workflows while shadowing senior specialists
