Role overview
We are looking for a Head of Product to own the entire product and monetization strategy of our lead generation ecosystem.

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue, optimizing funnels, defining product direction, and leading the evolution of channels, cascades (Ping Tree), and post-lead user journeys.

This role is highly hands-on and strategic — you will define what to build, why to build it, and how success is measured.

What you will be responsible for

• Own the product vision and monetization strategy for the lead generation ecosystem.
• Be accountable for revenue-related product KPIs (EPL, acceptance rate, revenue per lead).
• Define and evolve channel, cascade (Ping Tree), and funnel strategy.
• Lead continuous optimization of the full user journey from lead to sale.
• Drive experimentation culture and data-driven product decisions.
• Translate business goals into clear product priorities and roadmap.
• Align BizDev, Performance, IT, and Analytics teams around product direction.
• Build and scale product processes, standards, and documentation.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Lead Generation, Affiliate, Traffic Management, or similar monetization-focused roles.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and revenue outcomes.
• Deep understanding of lead monetization, traffic distribution, funnels, and pricing logic.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
• Leadership mentality: ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
• Ability to work on-site in Prague.
