What You'll Work On

You’ll run and scale Meta or Google Ads campaigns for our products in the UK and Czech markets, mainly in the finance space.

Your work will include:

• Launching and optimizing Meta and Google campaigns
• Testing new creatives, hooks, and funnels
• Running A/B experiments to find what scales
• Working closely with our creative team
• Analyzing data and making fast decisions based on performance
• You’ll have direct access to data, tools, and creatives, so you can move fast and test ideas.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale Meta/Google campaigns for core products in the UK and Czech markets
• Run A/B tests and experiments across creatives, angles, and funnels
• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable optimizations
• Collaborate with the creative team, providing clear, performance-focused briefs
• Own campaigns from setup to execution and reporting

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an “expert”. But you should have:

~2 years experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
A data-driven mindset
Basic understanding of CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS
Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
English B2+
And if you worked in competitive niches like finance, lead generation, iGaming, or similar you already have a head start!
