Role Overview

Prague – Karlín | Full-time | On-site

Take ownership of high-performing campaigns and see your work directly impact business results. This on-site role puts you at the heart of our team, with full access to data, creatives, and campaign resources.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale Meta/Google campaigns for core products in the UK and Czech markets
• Run A/B tests and experiments across creatives, angles, and funnels
• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable optimizations
• Collaborate with the creative team, providing clear, performance-focused briefs
• Own campaigns from setup to execution and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google or Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tracking and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results
• English level B2+
• Bonus: experience in high-risk verticals (finance, dating, iGaming, etc.)
