Join Eurowag's dynamic marketing team as a Junior Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist, where you'll play a key role in execution of campaigns. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in modern marketing technology, particularly Bloomreach, while working on impactful campaigns that reach thousands of CRT customers across Europe.

About the Role
As our Junior Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our customer communication strategy, leveraging cutting-edge marketing automation tools to create personalized, data-driven campaigns. You'll work closely with the Value Proposition team and the broader marketing team to optimize customer journeys and drive engagement through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Management: Build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns in Bloomreach (email, SMS, push notifications, web layers) with focus on automation and personalization
• Marketing Automation: Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and behavioral workflows to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle management
• Platform Management: Maintain and optimize Bloomreach platform configuration, including segmentation, personalization rules, and integration with other marketing tools
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct experiments to improve campaign performance, test different messaging strategies, and continuously optimize customer journeys based on data insights
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance metrics, create regular reports on automation effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with segment managers, content creators, and data analysts to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand guidelines
• Innovation & Learning: Stay current with Bloomreach features and marketing automation best practices, test new functionalities, and propose innovative approaches to customer engagement
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns are thoroughly tested before deployment, maintain data quality standards, and troubleshoot technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, or similar role (internships and academic projects count)
• Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in marketing technology and automation tools; comfortable learning new platforms quickly
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) is a strong advantage
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to campaign setup, testing, and quality assurance to ensure flawless execution
• Communication Skills: Understanding of effective marketing communication principles and customer journey mapping
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
• Organization: Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
