TU Prague City (https://www.tees.ac.uk/prague/) is looking for a Lecturer for the Postgraduate International Management course, focusing Business Strategy and Globalisation.

The modules you will be teaching are Strategic Management in an International Context, Challenges of Globalisation, and Managing Operations and Finance. You should have a good knowledge of:

Key Teaching Areas

• Strategic Management in a global and international context
• Challenges of globalisation, culture, ethics, and CSR
• Managing operations, finance, and performance
• Global strategies, leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation

Indicative Subject Coverage

• Strategy formulation, analysis, and implementation
• External and internal environmental analysis
• National and organisational culture
• Global economic environment, international trade, and financial markets
• Operations and supply chain management
• Risk management, capital budgeting, and performance measurement

Required Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Strategy, Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of strategic management and globalisation
• Experience teaching at postgraduate level preferred
• Ability to teach an international student cohort

Responsibilities

The standard academic role at TU PCSC includes a combination of teaching, scholarly activity, professional practice, enterprise and knowledge exchange, and associated administration activities. While all roles will combine these areas of work, the relative weight of each will vary between and over time for each individual role holder. The main teaching related duties include:

• To contribute to the design, delivery, assessment and quality assurance of TU PCSC’s programmes and modules at all levels, including module leadership and curriculum development.
• To deliver innovative, engaging and effective teaching through a range of delivery styles including distance learning, team based working and so on.
• To ensure that learning provided to students is contemporary, underpinned and informed by scholarly activity, professional practice, external stakeholders and current developments in the field, to ensure the advancement of relevant discipline areas within TU PCSC.
• To support student learning, the pastoral needs of students, and student retention through the provision of personal tutoring, academic advice and guidance.

We Offer

A Lecturer position within the School of Business and Computing.

Hours: 12 hours contact teaching per week (some weekend teaching required)
Salary: 32,640 CZK gross per month

Start Date: 16th February 2026
