We are looking for a Senior Fleet Specialist – EMEA to support and coordinate the fleet governance and procurement framework across the EMEA region.

This role sits within Indirect Procurement and focuses on fleet governance, supplier coordination, compliance, and process standardisation across multiple countries.
It is a senior individual contributor role, not a people-management position.

The role is well suited for a senior procurement or fleet professional who is comfortable operating in a regional, matrix environment and contributing to governance and operational excellence at EMEA level.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the EMEA fleet governance model
• Coordinate fleet-related procurement and operational topics across EMEA countries
• Support oversight of fleet-related indirect spend (~€60M annually) in line with procurement policies
• Manage and coordinate relationships with fleet leasing and fleet management providers
• Ensure PO governance, compliance, and audit readiness
• Prepare and follow up on Fleet Council meetings
• Drive standardisation of processes, reporting, and governance across countries
• Act as a regional point of coordination and escalation for fleet-related topics
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and best-practice replication

• Regional in scope, with strong stakeholder exposure

This role is not:

• A day-to-day fleet administration role
• A local fleet coordinator position
• A people-management role
• Fleet category expertise is an advantage, but can be learned; strong procurement, governance, and stakeholder management experience is essential.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Indirect Procurement, Fleet, or Category Management
• Ariba knowledge is a must
• Exposure to regional or multi-country environments
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, compliance, and governance
• Comfortable working in a matrix organisation
• Structured, pragmatic, and process-oriented mindset
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
