We are a European real estate platform managing and developing a large, institutional-grade portfolio of logistics and industrial properties in key transport and population hubs. Our assets are essential to how modern trade and cities function — and our decisions shape how that infrastructure evolves.

We are looking for an exceptionally sharp Analyst who wants to sit close to strategy, capital, and decision-making — not hidden in spreadsheets, but using them to drive real outcomes.

Your Mission

You will be the analytical engine behind asset strategy, portfolio performance, and capital decisions.

You will:

Analyse portfolio performance, trends, and variances against budget and forecast
Build, review, and maintain cash flow models for operating assets, developments, and acquisitions
Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and business planning
Track market dynamics (vacancy, rents, take-up, development activity) and translate them into insight
Prepare materials and commentary for senior management and investment committees
Maintain and improve data across internal systems and reporting tools
Support leasing, development, and capital markets with high-quality data and analysis
You will not just report what happened — you will help shape what happens next.

Who Thrives Here

Have a background in real estate, finance, economics, or analytics
Are extremely strong in Excel (financial modelling, cash flows, DCF, structured analysis)
Are precise, structured, and fast — without being sloppy
Can turn complex data into clear insight and recommendations

Communicate clearly in English and Czech
Are curious about how real estate, capital, and cities actually work
