Join Us as a Financial Accountant!

Join our finance team and take ownership of accounting operations for one or more legal entities across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to high-quality financial and regulatory reporting.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and smooth audit processes. If you enjoy working with data, solving complex accounting challenges, and continuously improving processes, we’d love to hear from you.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage financial accounting activities for EMEA business operations
• Lead month-end close activities, including reconciliations, revenue and expense accounting
• Prepare VAT returns for review and support compliance activities
• Act as a key contact for auditors, tax advisors, and local authorities
• Support corporation tax compliance by preparing calculations and gathering required data
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to European and global finance projects, including testing activities
• Collaborate closely with AP, Cash Collection, and local finance teams
• Prepare internal and external reports and perform internal control activities

✨What You Bring:

• Education in Accounting or Finance (high-school with specialization or university degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, tax, or audit (e.g. AP/AR + GL or strong GL background)
• Hands-on experience with IFRS reporting
• Basic experience preparing VAT returns
• Experience working directly with auditors
• Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Solid Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to independently resolve moderately complex accounting issues
• Experience with Oracle E1 and/or HFM is an advantage
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
