Our client is a fast-growing international consumer goods company with operations across multiple European markets.

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager speaking Czech / Slovak and English to lead and further develop their end-to-end logistics operations.

As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the full logistics network, ensuring high service levels, cost efficiency, and scalability to support ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize inbound, warehousing, and outbound logistics across multiple markets

• Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key logistics partners

• Drive logistics cost control, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure high service levels

• Implement and improve logistics processes, systems, and KPIs

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams

• Support expansion into new markets and scaling of volumes

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in logistics management within consumer goods, FMCG, or retail

• Strong knowledge of international logistics and distribution networks

• Experience managing 3PLs and external service providers

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Hands-on leader with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent Czech or Slovak and English required; additional languages are an advantage
