We’re a Czech travel-tech scaleup guiding over 2 million users in 1,600+ destinations worldwide — including the official guides of Switzerland Tourism, Bratislava, Karlovy Vary, and Salzburg Region.

We’re hiring a hands-on Outbound SDR / future Team Lead to build SmartGuide’s outbound sales engine from the ground up. You’ll start by personally doing high-volume prospecting and cold calling, testing messaging and tightening the process, and very quickly move on to hiring and leading your own SDR team. Because you won’t stay “just a caller.” You’ll start by owning the process — and then grow into a supervisor who leads by example.

Your journey with us:

• First weeks: you make calls yourself, try different approaches, see what works

🧠 Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who has extensive cold-calling/outbound experience and aspires to build own outbound team.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• you have at least one year of cold calling or outbound sales experience
• you’re excited about the idea of building and leading your own team (ideally you already have some experiences with leadership!)
• you like clear goals and enjoy achieving them
• you’re the kind of person who looks for better ways of doing things
• you feel confident speaking in both Czech and English
• you want a job where your effort directly influences your growth and income

💰 Compensation & Growth

A performance-driven model makes this role rewarding for top talent:

• 50 000 CZK monthly fix
• Bonus 1 000 CZK per SQL beyond 1st SQL per day to reward individual results
• 20% team bonus based on your team’s results
• If you achieve a goal of 2 SQLs/day, you will earn 70 000 a month and for achieving an aspirational goal 3 or 4 SQLs per day you can get 90 or even 110k per month.
