The regional Wholesale Marketing team is looking for experienced and dynamic Marketing Leaders to lead the development and activation of key strategic categories in the Central Eastern Europe region (CEE) including following categories:

• Lens Brands (SingleVision, Transitions, Crizal)
• NPD / Smart Eyewear
• Medtech / Instruments / Stellest

These roles combine strategic planning with hands-on execution and require strong collaboration with EMEA team and close mentoring the countries in the region.

Main responsibilities:

• Implement long-term and global strategies for strategic categories in CEE region.
• Ensure execution of central guidelines and create clear regional/local guidelines for markets (including growth models and best practices).
• Support country teams with plans and actions to achieve budget targets (volume and value).
• Coordinate timely and budget-compliant product launches across multiple teams (customer service, training, commercial, IT).
• Manage campaign assets and demo tools from Central and ensure proper activation in local markets.
• Communicate CEE vision to key stakeholders and track campaign implementation with follow-up reporting.
• Represent the CEE/Greece region and provide consolidated reporting to Central and local teams.
• Support budget preparation by collaborating with clusters and Business Category Planning.
• Implement localized after-sales support provided by Central on time.

What do you bring?

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product or Brand Management, ideally with both local and regional exposure.
• Background in Optical, FMCG, or Beauty industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• Strong marketing and go-to-market expertise.
• Ability to manage highly strategic, business-critical products.
• Strategic thinker who can also be hands-on when needed.
• Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail to drive flawless execution.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Creative, imaginative, and curious—always ready to propose new ideas.
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory); Czech is a plus.
