We are looking for a motivated professional to support HR operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for one of the world’s leading global corporations. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their HR career or for those transitioning into HR from another corporate function, with a solid understanding of how a structured corporate environment operates.

You will work in an international corporate environment and collaborate with professionals across different departments. You will gain hands-on experience in HR administration, payroll coordination, benefits, reporting and recruitment while working closely with experienced HR professionals and internal stakeholders.

What you will do

• Participate in employee onboarding activities
• Assist with administration of employment contracts and amendments
• Gain hands-on understanding of Czech and Slovak labour law
• Learn how local and global HR policies are applied in practice
• Answer basic HR-related questions and support clear, professional HR communicationon
• Support monthly payroll processing for CZ and SK in cooperation with external providers and internal teams
• Be involved in administration of employee benefits
• Assist with preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports

What we are looking for

• Strong interest in Human Resources and motivation to build an HR career
• Previous experience in a corporate environment
• University degree at Bachelor level (minimum)
• Good understanding of structured processes, compliance and confidentiality
• Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to organize tasks and work with deadlines
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent English; native Czech or Slovak

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• First experience in HR administration, payroll support or recruitment
• Basic knowledge of labour law
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems
