As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will play a key role in transferring technologies, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement across global production sites. You will combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution and close collaboration with experts from multiple disciplines.
Your Mission
Lead and coordinate technology transfer and relocation of products and processes between international production sites, ensuring full know-how transfer
Analyze production data and processes to continuously improve product quality, productivity, and operational performance
Drive improvement initiatives and projects from concept to implementation
Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners across the organization
Define, implement, and document standardized ways of working in the production environment
Identify improvement opportunities together with manufacturing, quality, and technology experts
Implement and monitor production processes in line with approved process specifications
What You Bring
A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Production Technology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in Operations or R&D, with demonstrable success in improving processes and KPIs
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and production methods
Strong team orientation with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and engage colleagues in projects
An analytical and structured mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
Enjoyment in building and maintaining sustainable professional networks
Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
Willingness to travel internationally as part of global cooperation
