EU Regulatory Compliance Coordinator (NIS2 & CER)

We are looking for an EU Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to support the implementation of EU cybersecurity and resilience regulations (NIS2 & CER) across the organization.

This is a coordination and compliance support role, focused on tracking regulatory obligations, managing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role does not require deep technical cybersecurity expertise, but rather strong organizational, regulatory, and coordination skills.

You will work closely with Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure structured and audit-ready compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance activities related to NIS2 and CER directives
• Track regulatory obligations, national transpositions, and key deadlines
• Maintain a regulatory compliance calendar and documentation repository
• Support regulatory registrations and administrative interactions with authorities
• Prepare compliance documentation, reports, and audit-ready evidence
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, business continuity, legal, and other internal teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, paralegal, or regulatory coordination roles
• Experience working with EU regulations or directives (e.g. GDPR or similar frameworks)
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Background in legal support or paralegal work
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. pharma, IT, financial services, manufacturing)
• Exposure to cybersecurity, data protection, risk management, or business continuity topics
