About position
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Head of FP&A within our European Fleet division. This position is located in Prague
In this role, you will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis activities within the European Fleet region, primarily focusing on Managerial P&L, monthly reporting of actuals, and preparation of the annual regional budget and forecast.
You will report directly to the Finance Director EUF.
What you'll be doing
 

Role Responsibilities 

• Tracking, analyzing, and synthesizing key performance indicators for the EUF region and supporting management with a focus on Managerial P&L
• Providing timely, accurate, and meaningful business/finance analyses and reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) on consolidated EUF financials
• FP&A processes improvements and transformation
• Creating content for monthly and quarterly business reviews, consolidating inputs from CCS, Shell, and TravelCard into EUF, including preparation of Monthly Performance Reporting Deck
• Driving the preparation of the consolidated EUF Budget, focusing on OPEX and CAPEX
• Ensuring reliability of figures communicated internally and externally
• Preparing forward-looking analyses, identifying risks and opportunities
• Challenging business assumptions and performance metrics to dynamically reallocate resources and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Leading and contributing to ad-hoc finance projects
• Collaborating with BP&A teams on revenue management
• Managing Senior FP&A Managers dedicated to each business unit and acting as a strong people leader who drives change and motivates the team

Qualifications & Skills 

• University degree in Finance
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and PowerBI / Tableau
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills
• Active listening and stakeholder management abilities
• Language: English (B2/C1 level)
