At Insio, we are looking for a Sales Team Assistant who will act as the engine of our international expansion. This isn’t just a "paperwork" job—you will be on the front lines, identifying opportunities in the markets, reaching out to potential clients, and ensuring our Sales Executives have a packed calendar of high-quality meetings.

This is a junior position designed as a stepping stone. We will teach you the ropes of B2B SaaS sales, and as you hit your targets, you’ll have a clear path to becoming an Account Manager or Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in the market through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
• Meeting Coordination: “Open the door” for our sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling demos/meetings.
• Sales Pipeline Management (JIRA): Keep our sales tasks and lead records organized within JIRA and our internal CRM. You’ll ensure no lead is forgotten and every task is tracked.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing localized sales materials, basic offers, and documentation in English.
• Market Research: Help the team understand the competitive landscape in new regions to refine our outreach strategy.

What We Are Looking For

• The "Hunter" Mindset: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone. You see "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes."
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English and either Polish or German. You can pivot between languages comfortably in a professional setting.
• Tech Literacy: You are organized and comfortable with JIRA (or eager to learn it quickly). High-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is a must.
• Proactivity: You don’t wait for a "to-do" list; you see a gap in the calendar and work to fill it.
• Ambition: You want a career in Sales/Business Development and are looking for a company that will invest in your growth.
