Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to grow in a fast-paced tech environment? Join the finance team of our client as an Accounts Payable (AP) Associate! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of AP or finance operations experience who is eager to grow in a tech-driven environment.

You´ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, assisting with payment runs, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Assist with payment runs and month-end close activities
• Maintain vendor master data and support onboarding
• Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance and support audit documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in AP or finance operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP is a big plus)
• Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills
• Fluent English; other languages are a bonus
• Organized, communicative, and deadline-driven
