Business Analyst for the Finance team - Zličín

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who wants to become a key part of the finance team in a stable and growing manufacturing company. If you want to influence strategic decision-making, work with data, and actively participate in improving company processes, you’re the right person for us.

What you will do:

* Analyze financial results, costs, production performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and materials for management.
* Identify processes, risks and opportunities to improve efficiency.
* Participate in the creation and updating of financial plans and budgets.
* Cooperate with production, logistics, and controlling to ensure accurate data and process optimization.
* Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and digitalization projects.

What we expect from you:

* 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in controlling.
* Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (PowerQuery/PowerPivot is an advantage).
* Ability to work with data, interpret results, and present them to management.
* Strong analytical thinking, independence, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
* English at a level sufficient for working with documentation and presenting outputs.
