We are a 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Prague. We are now looking for a Sales Manager who combines commercial drive with elegance, relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and developing business in line with the hotel’s business plan and strategic goals, with a strong focus on international leisure markets as well as local business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and actively developing assigned markets and key accounts
• Building, maintaining, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Meeting and entertaining clients, ensuring professional follow-up on all agreed actions
• Identifying new business opportunities to meet and exceed annual revenue targets
• Organizing and hosting site inspections for key clients
• Identifying new business opportunities to meet and exceed annual revenue targets
• Planning and executing sales trips to existing and emerging markets
• Representing the hotel at local and international trade shows, fairs, and industry events

What We Are Looking For:

• Sales experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• A strong existing network of industry contacts (including Leisure)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Fluent English is essential; other languages are an advantage
