Position: Marketing Specialist, Prague

Jswin s.r.o is the Authorized Exclusive Distributor of OPPO in Czech Republic & Slovakia. Following the huge success of our OPPO Find X9 Series in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team. We need a creator who will take ownership of our social media channels (TikTok, IG, FB) while also collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager on a wide range of projects. You will get involved in the broader scope of marketing beyond just social media, making this the perfect role for someone eager to learn a lot and grow within the industry. What will be your daily mission?

• Content Creation: You are the creator behind the lens. Your playground includes Instagram, TikTok, and other active social media. Grab a phone, shoot amazing Reels, take stylish product photos, and edit trendy videos that engage our audience.
• Community Management: You will be the voice of OPPO Česko. Engaging with fans to build brand love and keeping our community buzzing is the key.
• Copywriting & Localization: You will write catchy captions and translate/localize global marketing materials from English to Czech, ensuring they sound natural and tailored to the local audience.
• D2C eStore support: You will support the launch and maintenance of our future online store—listing products, uploading visuals, and managing website content.
• Trend watching: You need to know what’s trending, what’s viral, and how to adapt it to our brand identity.
• Marketing support: Marketing at OPPO is dynamic. You will assist the Marketing Manager with ad-hoc tasks, event planning, reporting, and HQ coordination. A great way to learn the business side!
• Agency collaboration: You will act as a bridge between us and our agency to ensure their outputs match our vision.

What we need from you (Must-haves):

• Native Czech: Perfect command of the Czech language, including excellent copywriting skills.
• English proficiency: We are an international team. Daily communication (emails, calls) is in English, so you need to be comfortable using it every day.
• Video & Photo skills: You don't need to be a Hollywood director, but you must know how to shoot and edit dynamic videos on a mobile phone (Edits, CapCut etc.) and have an eye for aesthetics.
• Social Media passion: You understand the algorithms of TikTok/Instagram and aren't afraid to experiment.
• Graphic Design: Basic experience with tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Eagerness to learn: We prioritize soft skills over business experience. Bring the proactive attitude and creativity; we will teach you the strategy.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience or genuine interest in Android mobile phones and technology.
• Previous experience managing a business social media profile.
• Education in marketing, graphic design, or management.
• D2C / E-commerce experience is a huge advantage.
