On the Specialist, Channel Partner Management position you will report to the Regional Manager – Channel Partner Management Supplier Quality & Regulatory. The Specialist role is responsible for Supplier and Third Party Products to support regional commercial operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and execute Third-Party Products IVDR transition follow-up activities, collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure readiness, compliance, and a robust post-transition supply chain.
• Maintain, implement, and continuously enhance Supplier Quality Management System (QMS) processes and infrastructure to ensure best-in-class compliance and strong business support for the commercial organization in EMEAI.
• Manage supplier lifecycle activities — including approval, inactivation, and maintenance — ensuring full data integrity and adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Support and lead supplier remediation projects, providing expert guidance and strategic solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Drive departmental objectives, report progress, and influence stakeholders across functions to achieve business success.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University Degree in Science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality or Regulatory Affairs within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of IVDR and experience operating within a commercial medical device environment.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across regions and teams.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using QMS software.
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements, Ability to travel for up to 10%.

It would be a plus if you possess previous experience in:

• Experience working across multiple geographies and within matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs (IVD/Medical Devices) and supplier quality frameworks.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Danaher Business System (DBS) tools.
