Role Overview

Contract during parental leave ( 15.1.2028) Commercial Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, execution and optimization of marketing activities supporting the ASUS commercial portfolio across education, government, SMB and mid-market segments.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to independently deliver measurable business impact in close alignment with sales, partners and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Go-to-Market Marketing

• Development and execution of quarterly and annual 360° commercial marketing plans aligned with sales strategy, KAM initiatives and MDF opportunities.
• Ownership of go-to-market activities for new commercial products, including launch planning, execution, localized messaging and asset preparation in cooperation with sales, PR, partners and regional teams.

Partner, Distribution & Channel Marketing

• Support of distributor and partner marketing activities, including campaigns, promotions, premium listings, banners, partner communications and events.
• Monitoring performance of partner activities and providing recommendations for optimization based on results.

Media, PR & Digital Communication (B2B)

• Management of B2B media relationships, press releases and earned media coverage for commercial topics.
• Coordination of product samples, media reviews and PR activities.
• Local LinkedIn communication (CZ & SK), including content planning, publishing and performance tracking.
• Management of commercial video content on the local ASUS YouTube channel and cooperation on digital campaigns.

Content, Website & Partner Platforms

• Creation and coordination of commercial content including newsletters, brochures, POS materials, partner kits, training decks and internal communication materials.
• Management of the commercial section of the ASUS website (content updates, launch pages, vertical solutions).

Events & Partner Engagement

• Coordination and execution of ASUS-led commercial and partner events
• Active participation in distributor and partner events together with sales teams.
• Cooperation with agencies and suppliers on event delivery.

Budget Management, Reporting & Collaboration

• Execution of approved marketing activities with responsibility for budget usage, claims and documentation.
• Regular reporting of results and contribution to quarterly business reviews for regional teams and HQ.
• Close day-to-day cooperation with commercial sales managers, KAMs, PMs, CMM and local/regional marketing teams.
• Acting as the marketing contact point for commercial business initiatives.
