We are looking for a senior marketing professional with strong marketing expertise who will steer regional marketing activities across Central & Eastern Europe. The role requires a seasoned marketer able to combine strategic leadership with hands-on marketing know-how in an international matrix environment. The position offers strong regional impact, close collaboration with global teams, and the opportunity to shape future direction.

The position is based in Prague on a local contract. Czech language is not required; English is the working language.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the regional marketing agenda in line with overarching global priorities
• Adapt global guidelines into practical, market-ready initiatives
• Orchestrate activities with internal and external stakeholders across markets
• Lead campaign planning and rollouts while monitoring performance
• Use market insights and data to support decisions and drive brand growth
• Represent marketing plans internally and externally
• Guide and support a small regional team

Profile

• 12–15+ years of professional experience in marketing or brand-driven roles
• Strong hands-on marketing expertise combined with strategic leadership
• Experience in international companies and multi-market environments
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate at a strategic level
• Fluent English; additional languages welcome
