Fast Offshore is one of the world’s longest-established corporate and iGaming services providers, operating internationally for nearly 30 years. We are expanding our Prague operations and are seeking a Mid level Accountant / Finance Operations Specialist to manage invoicing, payment reconciliation, and day-to-day finance operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented early-career to mid-level professional looking to grow in a structured, international business environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Prepare, issue, and manage client invoices
Track, reconcile, and allocate incoming payments
Maintain accounts receivable records and aging schedules
Follow up on outstanding invoices
Perform bank and payment provider reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support month-end closing and reporting
Assist with improving internal billing and reconciliation processes
 
🔹 Requirements
1–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
Practical experience with invoicing and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and accounting systems
Reliable, structured, and accountable working style
Fluent English (written and spoken); Czech a plus
