We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented colleague to join our in-house legal team. This role is suitable for a senior law student (4th or 5th year) with prior work experience or a junior lawyer seeking a diverse and hands-on position in an international environment, with availability of at least 4 days per week.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of legal areas, including civil, commercial, corporate and employment law, and administrative and regulatory matters, providing a strong learning curve and insight into in-house legal practice. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing guidance from senior legal colleagues are an integral part of the position, supporting your professional growth and gradual increase in responsibility.

What you would work on?

• Drafting, reviewing and (over time) negotiating and managing NDAs, simple SLAs and other commercial and corporate agreements, with increasing complexity over time
• Conducting legal research, preparing analyses and clear summaries
• Supporting corporate agenda, including the preparation of standard corporate governance documentation (e.g. Shareholders’ resolutions, General Meeting approvals, Board of Directors minutes and related filings)
• Coordination with external legal advisors and notaries
• Providing general support to the legal team on ad hoc tasks and long-term initiatives
• Participating on contract administration and lifecycle management, including templates

What makes you a great candidate?

• Senior law student (4th or 5th year) or a junior lawyer shortly after graduation
• Previous experience from a law firm, notary office, or similar legal environment is highly preferred
• Attention to detail, precision and reliability
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak languages
• Commitment and ability to build knowledge over time
