We are looking for a part-time MS Project Scheduler to support our growing portfolio by consolidating and maintaining several large-scale project schedules across the region. This flexible engagement (2–5 hours per week) is ideal for an MS Project–experienced student or a professional seeking a small additional role alongside their main job. Time commitment can be extended based on change in scope of project later. Frequency of cooperation and meetings arrangement can be flexible from both sides.

What you would work on?

• Combine several separate process schedules into a single Master Project Plan.
• Development of logic-driven schedules (CPM based, not date driven).
• Create multi-level WBS structures (Level 1-5).
• Proper setting of FS/SS/FF dependencies and lags, critical path analysis.
• Setting of Master schedule and Update the Master Project Plan on a weekly basis.
• Communicate schedule issues, risks, or inconsistencies to the project team as needed.
• Preparation of different scenarios according to the premises given by the project Team.

What makes you a great candidate?

• Proven experience with Microsoft Project, including preparation and maintenance of complex project schedules.
• Strong understanding of functions of task dependencies, critical paths, and schedule logic in MS Project SW.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and deliver weekly updates.
• Suitable for students or early-career professionals with strong MS Project skills.
