About the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for our partners and customers. From troubleshooting and integration to training and presales support, your work ensures smooth deployments and exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Hikvision products
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Support product deployment and integration
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training
• Assist with presales solution design and post-sales support
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for escalations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in technical support or related role (security or IT industry preferred)
• Languages: Fluent Czech and business-level English, Chinese is a plus
• Technical Skills: IP networking, CCTV systems, ACS, Intrusion systems, Intercom systems, Hardware/Software troubleshooting, system integration
• Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, adaptability, customer focus
• Driving License: Required
• Travel: Up to 10% (within Czech Republic and occasionally abroad)
