What awaits you?
1. Assist passengers with airline reservation and ticketing procedures, including re-issue and refund.
2. Handle phone calls or emails via the customer service channel.
3. Handle flight irregularities and communicate updates to passengers.
4. Prepare and review airfares, promote China Airlines Member Program.
5. Implement travel agents management, strengthen client engagement and drive growth in air ticket sales.
6. Handling other tasks as assigned by the managers.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
1. Proficiency in Czech and English is a must.
2. Competency in MS Office.
3. Advanced problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication skills, ability to work with teams and collaborate.
It will be an advantage if you can
1. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
2. Proficient with Amadeus Altea System is a plus.
3. Airline sales/reservation/ticketing or Travel Agent sales/reservation/ticketing experience is a plus.
