We are searching for a professional & well organized Office Manager to join our growing team.
Office Manager will be responsible for optimizing office operations from administrative tasks to financial responsibilities. He/she will work to ensure other managers and employees have what they need to succeed. This support position combines responsibilities that cover facility maintenance, human resources support, inventory management and event planning.
Responsibilities:
-Classic Reception duties such as opening correspondence, answering phone calls and acting as the office’s primary point of contact (incl.greeting visitors, preparing refreshment and ensuring that the reception area is tidy)
- Overseeing the office budget, including processing invoices
- 1st level support for managers & decision makers (small team up to 10)
- Preparing drafts, documents and tasks on a daily basis
- Scheduling maintenance visits and ordering furniture and equipment necessary for seamless operations
- Completing administrative tasks, like filing paperwork and creating files
- Assisting other employees, such as helping with onboarding or ensuring workers have the necessary resources
- Dealing with post, data boxes, errands (law offices, post offices etc)
- Dealing with suppliers, business partners
- Planning & organizing company events
- Making travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High School or University Degree (preferred)
- Experience in a similar position min. 5 years
- English & Czech proficiency is an absolute must (will be tested) / C1 level at least
- MS Office
- Flexibility, Proffessional Attitude & Behaviour, Hands on, Can do attitude
- Person who does not change jobs often (looking for a long term collaboration)
