GROUP FINANCE MANAGER CZ / ACCOUNTING & TAX

Our client, a well-established private equity portfolio company, has been currently searching for a Group Finance Manager CZ / Accounting & Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective management and harmonization of accounting methodologies
• Monthly / annual / ad hoc financial closings and accurate financial reporting
• Consolidation of group accounting data
• Cash management, cash-flow oversight, communication with banks and shareholders
• Cooperation with auditors and external advisors
• Responsibility for statutory and extraordinary tax returns and their preparation
• Management of the accounting team
• Active involvement in improving, streamlining, and modernizing accounting and financial processes

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in operational finance and should possess a skill set that includes as many of the following as possible: organizational development, business orientation (commercial processes), Personnel management, Excellent analytical skills, and fluency in both English and Czech/Slovak. Previous experience with Big4 is an advantage.
