In this role, you would be responsible for driving the sales and development of industrial equipment across selected Central and Eastern European markets.

The main focus is on expanding market share, developing strong relationships with distributors and end users, and supporting local sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Executing the local sales strategy in line with European objectives
Growing and managing the distributor and customer network
Visiting clients regularly (often alongside local sales teams), attending trade fairs and technical events
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Preparing sales forecasts and supporting annual planning
Delivering internal product and sales training
Working closely with teams in automation/robotics, product development, and PPE

It’s a hands-on, commercially driven role that combines B2B sales, technical understanding, and collaboration across teams. We’re looking for someone who knows the industrial market, works independently, and takes initiative.
