ROSHEN is hiring in Czechia! Roshen Confectionary Corporation, an FMCG company that produces and sells a wide portfolio of confectionary products. ROSHEN is widely known in many European markets for the traditional and unique Roshen tastes.

About the Role

We are currently looking for the Senior Key Account Manager to join our sales team for growing and developing key customer accounts (international retailers). This role will identify opportunities for growth, drive business development with current and potential retail partners and deliver exceptional products to them.

Responsibilities

• Development of action plans for growth in the Czech Republic within defined market sectors together with the local team and Regional Manager at HQ
• Key account management with international retailers (incl. negotiation, calculations, contracts, market research, logistics control, communication with production and customer service contracts, advertising, marketing, logistics control, communication with logistic and customer service)
• Negotiation of trading terms, listing of new products, managing trade spending and sales forecast, performing promotional planning and business reviews working with different levels of customers (operational, management and executive)
• Organization of sales using multi-level sales strategies across target markets
• Implementation of the sales plan, fulfillment of monthly sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economy or other related fields
• At least 5 years in FMCG key account management with food and drinks producers
• Proven work record with international retailers
• Sales planning skills
• Highly developed negotiation and commercial skills
• Understanding consumers' behavior
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
• Czech, English Professional
