We are supporting a global, research-driven pharmaceutical organization in hiring a Business Operations / Finance Analyst to join an international, highly regulated environment.

This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, business analytics, and operational decision support. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing insight that supports planning, forecasting, and performance management across a complex organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Provide analytical insight to support business and operational decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure accurate data, reporting, and alignment
• Support month-end and planning cycles from an analytical and business perspective
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and increase efficiency
• Prepare inputs for business reviews and management presentations
• Operate in a matrix, international environment with strong governance and compliance standards

What we’re looking for

• Background in finance, business analysis, controlling, or business operations
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insight
• Experience working in a regulated or complex corporate environment (pharma, FMCG, shared services, etc.)
• Comfortable working with SAP and analytical tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
