Global P2P Business Process Owner (Finance Transformation)

Our client is a large international manufacturing organization undergoing a global finance transformation. As part of building a new process model, we are seeking an experienced Global P2P Business Process Owner who will lead the development and implementation of Purchase-to-Pay standards across the entire group.

This is a unique opportunity to co-create the global process architecture, implement cutting-edge technologies (SAP S/4HANA, workflow automation), and directly shape the direction of the organization’s transformation.

Location: Plzeň, Czech Republic

Key Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in P2P or related areas, including team leadership.
• Experience within a manufacturing company with a complex structure.
• Expert knowledge of P2P processes and solid understanding of Source-to-Contract.
• Understanding of Supply Chain, finance, tax, reporting, and vendor master data.
• Experience in process optimization and global system roll-outs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and workflow tools.
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in change management, project management, and working with global stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and high professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Designing, standardizing, and implementing global P2P processes.
• Leading a team responsible for rolling out process standards across the organization.
• Close collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and IT, including SAP S/4HANA and workflow implementations.
• Monitoring KPIs and defining improvement actions.
• Leading transformation initiatives and managing change (including transitions to GBS).
• Ensuring process compliance with regulations and managing operational risks.
• Leveraging technology (workflow, RPA, AI) to automate and enhance P2P efficiency.
• Training teams and developing P2P competencies.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
