Your Role:

As a Project Manager for professional high-end cosmetic brands, you will take end-to-end ownership of the cosmetic division. You will be responsible not only for brand building and marketing, but also for the overall coordination of activities across sales, logistics, and key partners, ensuring smooth operations and strong commercial results.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the full scope of the cosmetic division, from brand strategy to daily operational coordination
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies with a strong focus on digital and social media
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• Lead new product launches from concept to market
• Plan and implement B2B marketing activities for professional salons
• Define strong brand positioning and a clear unique selling proposition (USP)
• Create engaging content and campaigns for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders
• Develop PR activities, partnerships, and creative promotional projects
• Coordinate communication with logistics partners to ensure product availability and smooth deliveries
• Manage relationships with key customers, including professional cosmetic wholesalers and major e-commerce players
• Work closely with and support the internal sales team and sales managers
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and incentive programs
• Design and coordinate the production of POS materials
• Support website updates, content creation, and digital storytelling
• Represent the brands at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional events

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
• Strong interest and hands-on experience with social media and digital marketing
• Experience working with influencers or content creators is a strong advantage
• Creative, proactive mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2)
• Valid driving licence (Category B)
