Regional Fleet Manager – EMEA (Senior Specialist role)

For our client, a large international organisation with a strong footprint across Europe, we are looking for a Regional Fleet Manager EMEA to join their Indirect Sourcing & Procurement function.

This is a senior specialist role (individual contributor) with regional responsibility across 20+ EMEA countries, covering approximately €60M annual fleet spend. The role offers high exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to own, shape and continuously improve fleet governance and operations at regional level.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of fleet procurement and operational governance across EMEA
• Supporting design, rollout and optimisation of the regional fleet governance model
• Managing relationships with regional and local fleet leasing and management providers
• Preparing and coordinating Fleet Council meetings, including follow-up on actions
• Ownership of PO processes, compliance and AP-related escalations
• Driving process optimisation, standardisation and best-practice replication across markets
• Acting as a key interface between Procurement, Business Stakeholders and Suppliers
• Working independently in a complex global matrix environment

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Project Management, Finance, Economics or similar is a plus)
• Fluent English is a must; additional European languages are an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations and/or Project Management
• Experience with fleet leasing or fleet management service providers is highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Solid understanding of financials, spend and supplier performance
• A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
• English, nice to have Italian or any of Scandinavia
